The inside the Classroom edition to the Explore.Davidson website dives into the world of Davidson College academics from behind the podium- or rather the perspectives of our professors.
Davidson College professors are admired for their vibrancy in the classroom and their ability to channel a passion for knowledge, research, and intellectual discovery to their students. Students are privileged to learn from leaders, experts, and innovators in their respective fields. Davidson professors have been commended for their work in international affairs with the United Nations or their contributions to the National Security Council. Some are recipients of governor issued awards in the arts. Others have received presidential recognition for their influential pedagogy in the sciences and math. The posts included in this series will include lecture summaries, classroom debriefs, information about faculty lead trips and programs, and links to podcasts.
