A year ago, the team set out to:
1. Develop a policy for keeping activity/interest codes up to date.
2. Develop a comprehensive set of activity codes in Banner that will allow all of the administrative offices including the academic areas and student life to track an individual’s activities (social, academic, scholarships, sports, etc.).
3. Clean up the existing data in Banner
4. Develop and deliver some form of user training on how to enter and track a person’s activities as well as how to locate the information DW so that they can develop reports to extract the information.

The Group has completed items 1, 2, and most of 3. ITS will assist with the remaining portion of item 3 and will begin developing a training solution. The first draft of the training materials is complete.
