Students living in Senior apartments, here are some tips for printing to the printer in the Ryburn laundry room.
- Make sure you use the option to printer on both sides of the paper (duplex) whenever you print. This will save a ton of paper. The printer is set to duplex print by default, but your personal comptuer setting overrides the printer setting, so please select the duplex option for all of your print jobs.
- Please do not print to the manual feed tray (Tray 1). This causes the printer to hang up because it is waiting for someone to load paper in the manual feed tray.
- If you would like training on how to troubleshoot paper jams or load supplies, please email Lisa Smith. Two students check the printer daily, but the more hands that can help, the better. Please be very gentle whenever you work on the printer. Printers are quite fragile.
