We will contact you when the Help Desk reopens. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On Monday, March 24 ITS will be upgrading its Internet service with an approximately 50% boost in speed, from 42 megabits per second to 62 megabits per second. At the same time, we are building in growth potential for speeds as fast as one gigabit.

You’ve probably heard the rumblings that ITS will introduce a new reporting tool. Well that time is quickly approaching and we’d like to invite you to a review of the new system. Please join us for one of three sessions that will be held on Thursday, April 3rd. The times and locations are as follows: 9:30am -10:30am Sprinkle Room, 1:30pm -2:30pm Alvarez 313, and 3:00pm-4:00pm Alvarez 313.
