Starting Monday, May 18, the Help Desk moves to its summer schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Help Desk closes at 10:00 AM Friday, May 22 for the All-Campus Spring Meeting and remains closed Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. Help Desk staff will respond to messages Tuesday, May 26.

If there is a campus emergency affecting campus servers or IT services, dial (704) 894-2900 and select option 4.
