Project Scope & Schedule

We are estimating a 12-18 month project schedule from the initial kick off with project discovery in February 2012 to the public site launch sometime after commencement 2013.

Project Scope

The project scope will include the redesign of the public Web site and Inside Davidson and include the following.

  • New Web site strategy
  • New information architecture (site-wide navigation) and new Web-optimized content
  • Homepage and interior page designs that comply with Web standards and accessibility guidelines
  • More flexible CMS implementation with support for mobile, multimedia and social media
  • Changes to CMS workflow, Web publishing, and governance
  • New regularly offered group-based CMS training and additional client support
